FP2003 with Extensions: html page move ?

How do I move an html page from one web to another
on my PC so I can do a subsequent 'publish' up to my
online web?
The 'shared borders' and the theme are the same for
both webs.
Also, I've been reading everything in this newsgroup
for almost 3 months trying to learn/catchup. Thanks
to the MVPs who respond to questions and offer
additional information...such as use of Jalbum to
make photogalleries. FP2003's auto photogallery was
messy and I couldn't do what I wanted with it's use.
Use of the free JALBUM was great (simple for a
dummy like me). Thank you all.

Just open both sites in FP and copy the page (plus any related media files) from site 1 to site to the other
