fp2003?

S

Susan

Will upgrading to FP2003 provide any benefits for person
maintaining simple websites on servers without FP
extensions- the cheapest way to go for non-profit orgs?

Thanks for info!

yes,
the publishing/ ftp/ site management functions are improved. IMHO, probably
worth the upgrade fee for that alone.

Thank you Chris. I am pleased to see you are a MS-MVP?
Have you been one for long or have I just missed it?

I haven't been one very long. ;-)
I have been under the gun on some projects and on a vacation schedule that
looks like a "tour schedule" for a rock band, so I haven't been posting as
much as I would like.
so maybe I won't be one for very long either. ;-)

It will, but since you can get FP enabled sites for as little as $8 a month,
why NOT get a host that has them?

S

Susan

Because for small local non-profits that I have fun
volunteering for, $25 per year for domain registration and
web hosting is cheaper than 12 * 8 = $96 for hosting. We
just need website to get information out - not fancy one!

Congratulations to Chris for becoming MS_MVP!
