fp4autol.dll error

Running WinXP home does not allow me to run Frontpoge 2000 (office 2000
premium)

Gives me error : could not load fp4autol.dll

Whats my systems problem

Uninstall FrontPage.
Reboot.
Reinstall FrontPage but select "Custom Install" and do "Not" install PWS.
( personal web server )
