FP98 error msg on publish

I'm trying to publish some updates to my web site
www.cancersurvivors.org and I keep getting the following error msg
"...NTLM authentication failed (Code-2146893042.)...."

I've sent msgs to my provider but haven't received response yet. Can
someone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong? TIA

Hi Kathleen and others, thanks for the info and site. I printed out
the KBArticle 194035 and followed the instructions. Still get the same
error msg.

The server has been checked at their end and have no problem getting
into the site using my ID and PW. I just can't get there. Any
additional info or help you can offer?
