FPSE 2002 HELP PLEASE!!!!

I'm trying to upgrade a site to FPSE 2002 through the MMC, [Right click, all
task, upgrade Server Extension 2002], it tries to open a page then I get a
File Download with a file name FPadmdll asking if I want to open, save,
cancel, etc.
Please advise.

Is this site on a server on your machine,
or on a remote / host server.
If a remote host, your hosting company has to install
the extensions.
