FPSE-Site Admin, Anonymous Access?

Now I've done it! I must have set Anonymous access incorrectly because now
when I try to go to my sites I get a network login. When I enter my uid and
pwd it doesn't even accept it! Is there a way to undo my mistakes? What
should Anon Access for browser be? ON or OFF? Hope someone can bail me out!!

OK I'm sending out a desparate SOS! tried resetting FPSE on Host still get
"Connect to domainname" with "hostingxp then User name: Password: prompt
Login. So it's not really network login is it winxp, FPSE it's killing me!
