frames bookmark problem

Is it possible with frames to have the menu in the frame
on the left side to jump down to my contacts in the frame
on the right side when the contacts link is clicked in the
menu side.

I got it working at the moment where a new window pops up
and shows the contacts that are at the bottom of the page,
but I would like to use the existing window and just have
it jump there when contacts in the left frames side is
clicked. Is that doable?
