Frames Page

I'm doing a frames page with two vertical frames, with
navigation bars on the left. When one of the links is
clicked, the page to which it is linked opens in the
navigation frame instead of in the "main" frame. How can
I correct this? Thanks, someone.

Use a target of "main" for each of the links.
