Frames Trouble

I use frames to create my webpage.
When I click on a hover button in one of the frames I want
two things to happen.
1. A submenu must display in another frame and 2. The
hyperlink of the first button in the submenu must display
in another frame. Is this possible or should the website
be designed in another way ?

I would recommend you use Java Script for dynamic menus,
rather than the "Java" hover bottons provided in Front
Page. Dynamic Drive has some pre built scripts that might
work for you.

Also creating a table structured page rather than a
Frameset will save you alot of headaches in your sub menu
positioning.
