yow, what a gwaan (ie what's up)

I'm putting a little website together with frontpage and i'm using frames.
the page is split in two, my banner or logo is on top and stays put all the
page reloads happens below. My problem is that the address bar or urs only
reflects the banner section which is not what's important. Is there away for
the address to be the lower section of the page or i have no choice?

any help appreciated.

This is one of the disadvantages of frames based sites.
The browser address bar will reflect the frame set not
the specific page.

If this is terribly important to you, you should look
into developing your site without frames. In that case,
you will not be able to "lock" a portion of your page
from scrolling. You would have to create shorter pages to
avoid scrolling.

As you are starting to experience, website development
involves a series of tradeoffs.
