When I create an appointment in my Outlook 2000 calendar, should every new
appointment create a new entry in the Schedule+ Free Busy public folder on my
exchange server (Exchange 2003 Server)? When viewing the contents of the
Schedule+ Free Busy public folder through System Manager, there is an entry
for users every few days. My users create new appointments daily. When
currently are going the final phases of a migration from Exchange 5.5 to
Exchange 2003. All mailboxes and public folders have been moved to the
Exchange 2003 Server and the Exchange 5.5 has been shut down. 5.5 has not
been removed from the Organization yet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
