Free/Busy Details problem

We have users on Outlook 98 and Outlook XP. This problem
happens for users scheduling from XP to XP or from XP to
98 or from 98 to XP.

We can't always see the free/busy details when we are
trying to schedule a meeting. If we cancel and try again,
we might be able to see a few more people who weren't
viewable before or all of them.

Why would this go in and out of view? Not being able to
see them at all would make more sense then being able to
see them sometimes.
