I am running Outlook 2007 on Windows XP. When I attempt to check by
colleagues schedules using free/busy I get no information and it freezes my
outllook. I then have to force outlook to close. When I click the
scheduling tab for my own calendar it works fine, but not if I want to check
others schedules. This problem is sporadic, sometimes I can check other
schedules and other times it freezes outlook. I have installed all the
office updates. This is not a problem for other colleagues in my office,
their free/busy information reads fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this
problem?
