free/busy information not available after Feb 1

This issue seems to happen at our organization about once a year:

When creating a meeting request, approximately half of the users in our
global address list do not show any free/busy information past February
1st of 2006, despite their calendar options being set to publish 12
months' worth of free/busy info.

I've ran the /cleanfreebusy switch on one of the affected acccounts and
that seemed to clear it up. However, I certainly do not wish to do that
for 300 more accounts.

Is there a way to fix this globally without logging in to each account?

We are using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003.
