Free/busy information only showing calendar items which have been updated

Hi,

Since we have moved mailboxes to a new Exchange 2003 server, everyone's
free/busy information is only showing for calendar items which have
been updated/modified. Original calendar items are not displayed in
free/busy.
Any ideas?
