Free/Busy Information Past the end of the year?

Jeff Clark

We are currently experiencing problems with viewing the free/busy information
in our Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 organisation.

If I create a new appointment for January 20th 2007 (or any date after Jan
1st), click the Scheduling tab and enter a couple of contacts from our
organization I am unable to view their free/busy information? However if I
scroll to December 2006 I can see the free/busy info upto December 31st 2006?

This is happening for all users.

All users have the default settings for publishing free/busy info - the next
two months and published every 15 minutes. If this is changed to 3 months the
problem persists.

As you can imagine this is a pain when trying to book people and resources
up for anything past December 31st!

I have performed a few searches (Microsoft Support, Google groups etc) and
have been able to find others that have experienced this problem in 2003,
2004 and 2005 but there does not appear to be an answer as to why this
happens or if it 'fixes' itself when the clock ticks round January 1st 2007
as I guess it will?

Does anyone else have this same problem or know of a whay to resolve it?

Thanks

Jeff
