Free/Busy Sharing Setup

How do i set up the free/busy option. I've gone into the Calendar options
and clicked on the "publish at my location:". But how do i create the .vfb
file for the first time? I can type in the location of an internet server.
But How do i get my calendar info out there for the first time?

The help simply says to type in the location where it is stored. But it's
not stored yet. I need to figure out how to get it stored out there.

is the location passworded or requires a username? if not, then outlook will
update it automatically.
