free hosting using frontpage extensions

I am new to web design and i am not wanting to spend a lot on hosting, free
would be best but i want to be able to use the frontpage extensions. Any
suggestions for a host?

weezyhost doesn't work .

When I try to enrol I am told I must read the rules, even after I have !!!
