Hello. I bought a new computer last Sept., and a free trial of "Office
2003" came with it. I used it occasionally for the trial period and then
let it lapse. I did not want to pay $150.00 for the "full version."
I have 2 problems now ! Every time I receive an on-line photo, the
"Office 2003" "grabs it" .. files it, and won't let me do anything with it !
And, because I want to continue using the "Works" program, I want to get
the few documents in the "Word" program -- over to my "Works" program. But,
the same thing happens. When I go to the "Word" program, it won't let me
do anything with the documents I have saved there !
Because I am not willing to pay $150 for the full version, I now want to
get "Office 2003" off of my computer ! But, does that mean that
"everything" I have saved in "Office 2003" has to "go away" ???
Will anything else be affected when I "remove" the Office 2003 program?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions !!
