I signed up , have a key, but on the screen it says "open up your product
trial". But where? there is nothing that I have found that says "here" or
begin, or insert key. just a place to buy it.

hey, I'm having the same problem, having signed up, gotten a product trial
key, and don't know what the email is referring to when it says 'open up your
product trial.' From where? There does not seem to be a place to download
from, unless you are buying. I feel like a dufus, but there you are. Thanks.
