Is there any way I can make the *freeze panes * on a few cells,

from column a till column c, and row 1 till row 3). it should be like a
box that is frizzed on my sheet?

Since that is not the answer the question seems very peculiar.

A TextBox then comes to mind that can be put anywhere,
Insert, Picture, autoshapes, then on the
drawing toolbar, text box (shows text A with lines),

and another possibility:
merging cells A13 also comes to mind where the cells
would all become one cell.
Select A13, Format, cells, alignment, merge cells
to unmerge select A1, format, cells, alignment, uncheck merge cells
