In Microsoft Project, you cannot freeze columns the way you can in Excel.
The closest that you can come is to "lock" the first column of any Table.
To do so, click View - Table - More Tables. Select any Table and click
Edit. Move the column you want to "freeze" to the first position in the
list of fields. Click OK and then click Apply. Hope this helps.
