Freeze panes on Excel SS in Powerpoint

I have an excel graph/spreadsheet in a Powerpoint presentation. I want to
freeze the panes of the data worksheet so that when I scroll to the right of
the data I can still see the first column. Freeze Panes is not showing up in
the Window menu. Any ideas?

Do you want to present this way or just work with the embeded file this way
while you're building the presentation?
