P Pete_UK Oct 11, 2008 #2 Imagine your sheet is 10 columns wide by 40 rows. Highlight all the columns from the 11th to the extreme right and Format | Column | Hide. Similarly, highlight all the rows from the 41st to the bottom and Format | Row | Hide. Hope this helps. Pete
