freezing a part of a page

Hi everybody,
I'd like to freeze a page's head and a left (with a navigation bar) part of
my site (e.g. like in Excel).
Please, advise whether it's possible and how I could do it.

Yes. It's called framing. Please note that framing is not a recommended
practice. If you want to pursue it then find a tutorial online of the topic.
I believe http://www.htmlgoodies.com probably has it.

Publisher has no support for frames.
