Freezing Panes In Excel 2007

Is there a way to freeze both the top row and left column of a worksheet?
When I try it undos one to do the other.

Hi Railrd

Select A2 and use View>Freeze Panes

Select the cell below and to the right of where you want the freeze to be,
and then do the Freeze Panes.
