have an imac purchased in april 07. For weeks my connection with the internet has been iffy. made many calls for tech support. Internet connection is improved, but nowadays when i open entourage i only get pinwheels. mac tech support has advised to uninstall entourage and install it agaiin. How do I uninstall entourage? How do i reinstall it? pat

First, you should always start your own thread instead of adding onto a
thread that has nothing to do with your question. Please remember this the
next time to get the best help.

When asking a question please include which machine you're running and which
version of OS X, as certain answers will vary between different Macs and
Tiger vs. Leopard, etc.

We also need to know what version of Entourage you are using including any
updates.

FWIW, reinstalling rarely fixes problems like you describe.

You say your internet connection has been iffy. What applications and what
problems are you seeing? What type of connection do you have? Dial up,
cable, DSL???
