Frequently used file list

I have set the Frequently Used File list in Word and Excel 2007 to display 50
items.

I have opened MORE than 50 Word documents and more than 50 Excel workbooks
and can not display more than 32 in either list.

Any thoughts?

It's actually upto 50 files or the vertical limit of your screen size (whichever comes first). It's not a scrollable list.
