From 2000 to 2007

We are upgrading our MS Office Pro license from 2000 to 2007 and I am
wondering if there are any predictable challenges coming my way for
networked, mutli-user Access databases. Of course, I will make the necessary
backups and handle the db upgrades in a closed environment. Just wondering
if anyone can advise me on what to anticipate. Thanks in advance.

The biggest thing is that the user interface has DRAMATICALLY changed in 2007,
along with the security model. Be sure you're familiar with the new features
and prepare to do a good bit of user training.
