marvelous mary
I have 5 email addresses that I pick up that are forwarded to 1 ISP mailbox
via mail forwarding service through my Domain Name Server. These emails then
are picked up by my Outlook 2003 Version 11.6359.6360 SP1. When I receive
the email it reflects the name of the original "TO" where it was sent when it
was originally received even though it was forwarded through my ISP POP
Account. The problem is that when I reply to the email, it does not use the
original email address on the email, it does not use my default email
address, but what it uses is the ISP addrress that it was forwarded
through??? I only have 2 accounts set up on my Outlook 2003, the one that I
use as the sent from which is an account where I do not pick up email
directly, but rather that is forwarded. It always shows in the FROM in New
email I send and is the default on my program. The other is not the default,
but rather the POP account where I forward the other 5 to pick up.
That makes it hard to handle since this is just an ISP address that I have
never wanted to publicly use since it would require that I keep this address
for my business and not give me the flexibility to change ISP carriers???
This makes it necessary for me to readdress everything, as I reply. I want
one default email return address for all my email replys, or at least the
ability to use the original "TO" address as the reply address and not the ISP
account that it was forwarded through. This problem makes it impossible to
use in a business that does heavy advertising and works with many email
addresses in one program. Thanks
