From Apple's Mail to Entourage X???

I have been using Apple's Mail program and want to use Entourage X now. Is
there a way to get my ADDRESS BOOK from there to Entourage X easily? I've
noticed that there's no EXPORT CONTACTS feature in Apple's Mail program or
in the ADDRESS BOOK... Only an IMPORT feature.

Any insight on how I can get this moved over would be most appreciated.
