from Express to full Outlook?

I currently run "Outlook Express 6" and I want to upgrade
to "Outlook 2002".

In Outlook 2002, how can I import all the emails from
Outlook Express? If I do so, can I keep the structure of
all the mail folders I currently have.

Both apps need to be on same sys.
In OE export to OL, follow prompts
NB not import!
