From form to Mail merge

What coding, etc. do I need in order to make a command button take some of
the fields in a form, open a Word document and create a one-page mail merge
document. In other words, print a Word document which has some of the fields
from the form in it? (The form I want to print is too complex for a report.)

Ask me for clarrification if necessary; I fear I haven't been clear enough.
