From line gets corrupted

Sometimes (have not been able to reproduce when and when not), the from line of an e-mail I send gets corrupted.

It will (for example) look like:

Fromp6"Lars Rengersen \(Monito\)" <mailadres>
To: "'Naam'" <mailadres>
Cc: "'Naam'" <mailadres>,
"Naam" <mailadres>
Subject: FW: Voorbeeld dataset export bestand
Date: Tue, 25 Mar 2008 13:27:30 +0100
Message-ID: <mailto:95316CB12D484B148A4F636823672E20@Susa>
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
boundary="----=_NextPart_000_003D_01C88E7B.FC501F10"
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 11
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.0.6000.16545
Thread-Index: AcgboPq1QwqfRQCLQDWTWFe95LkuMw30OtcwATR11uABxq16sAKM0eJAAlwG iUAAKbgSgAVmQ3GgAUd9eoAABHDN8A==

As a result of this, another mail client will not recognise the header and interpret the message as 'undisclosed recipients' and messes up the message. This is a known bug in Outlook 2007.

Im am using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Business.
Has anyone else experienced this?
And does anyone have a suggestion to solve this.

(I already have reinstalled Outlook, downgraded to 2003, upgraded to 2007 again, but it did not help).
