from not showing up

I created a form that is filled out by our tech group and Emailed to another
user. the fill in form shows up but the one sent to the other user appears
blank. no fields show up. It's driving me crazy please help

This is a general Office newsgroup.

Without knowing which particular Office component your form was
created/viewed in, it is hard to provide much in the way of assistance.

(Of course, there's no guarantee you'll get good answers if you provide
more information, but it wouldn't hurt.)
