from what pull-down menu can I get to the relationships screen?

I need to see relationships. I' want to delete a row from a table and then
save it, but can't because it's part of a relationship. how do i see what the
relationships are? I can't find an icon for relationships, and don't see
"relationships" on any of the pulldown menus.
