From where i can get sound tool?

I m trying to put sound accross the slides but i am not able to do it. i m
not getting sound tool option even. how can i put sound accross the slides.

With out knowing which version of PowerPoint your using it is hard to tell.
But this should get you started.
Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)
