From Works to Office

Have been using Works Suite 2002 & would like to start using Office XP. How
can I upgrade?

Technically, I don't believe there is an upgrade purchase path from Works
Suite 2002 to Office XP, according to this:

Also, Office XP is now two versions old--do you already have the software?
You may find it difficult to get a copy now, because the current shelf
version is Office 2003, and Office 2007 has just been released.
