Front page 03 & Outlook 02

The problem I'm having is saving a Front Page 03 document and then trying to
import it into Outlook using the stationary picker. I'm able to import the
Front page document into the stationary picker within Oulook but when I send
the message to other clients in Outlook (everyone else is using Outlook 02)
they get a language pack installation (Japanese) message when they try to
open the message. I'm trying to eliminate the error message from coming up
on everyone's Pc. I've looked at all of the fonts and setting but everything
is set up for English.

Don't create it in FrontPage, create it in Outlook. Set Outlook to compose / send in html, then
click New Message.
Create your "stationary" and then click File > Save as Stationary.

I was able to set the compose/send to HTML but there's not an option in
Outlook to save it as a stationary. I also tried to copy the message in
Front Page and then paste it into Outlook but the clip art wasn't in the file.

The end user doesn't want or know how to use Outlook Express. In our
enviroment we use Outlook with Exchange client. Any other suggestions?

Do you know how I can display foreign characters in either Front Page or
Outlook? I tried to recreate the stationary and then save it but I had the
same problem.

In FrontPage, Insert Character, and then select the escaped version for the character.

I've been unsuccessful with the advice given so far. Does anyone have any
other suggestions? I've also upgraded to SP1 for Front Page 03 and that
didn't work either.

Unsuccessful at sending the message through Outlook to another recipient and
not getting the display box asking if they want to display characters
correctly of the Japanese language.

For the user the steps that you've provided below will now work and they
will get really confused if they have to do that every time. Any other
suggestions?
