Front Page 2000 Shared Borders

I am updating a web site ( originally built by someone else ) that uses
Shared Borders .

That's a very nice way to ensure uniform appearance of all the pages in a
site so I decided to use it on a site I am building in Front Page 2000 .

I went to the Help Screens and it says to click on Format and then Shared
Borders .

But when I clicked on Format , Shared Borders is not a choice. Borders and
shading is a choice but that dowsn't cover it.

Need help in setting up shared borders, any ideas ??

Do you even see Shared Borders given as a choice even though it might be
grey out?
