Front Page 2002 duplicates some of the banner content when saving

I have trouble with FP 2002 duplicating banner content on the home page when
saving to the hard drive. I tried removing extra <body> tags but when I do
all the page content except the sidebars disappears.

Rename your home page file name to index.htm
File not found for
http://www.channelbuildings.com/index.html
but exists for
http://www.channelbuildings.com/index.htm

I don't see any duplication, but your shared border pages are corrupt
In http://www.channelbuildings.com/_borders/bottom.htm
you have several sets of body tags
Edit the _borders/bottom page to remove all but the inner set
