Folks I hope I am not being ignored with my request for
help with frontpage.

I cannot get the counter to work. There is a red X when I
access the webpage. The URL for site is

Streetwhispers.com

I have tried publishing the page via a share aswell as ftp
but nothing works. I have followed the instructions posted
by Mr Steve Eastona and Mr Thomas Rowe ( Though their last
two postings are even in accessible via the newgroup.

I hope you could help me resolve this pesky issue.

Thank you again folks

You have to publish the site from within FP using the File Menu | Publish Web / Site command via
FP's http mode which requires that the remote server have the FP extensions installed and configured
correctly for your account.

If you can not open your http://www.Streetwhispers.com directly in FP via File Menu | Open Web /
Site, then the FP extensions are not installed or are corrupted because you have use other methods
of uploading.

** FP run-time components will not work if you use any other method of uploading your content to the
remote server. **

Not ignoring you, was away from the computer.

iirc you said that you can't publish using http:// This tells me that the extensions are either not
installed or are corrupt, especially since you have published using ftp://
Have your host reinstall / repair the extensions, and then republish your web using http://

Thank you, for your patience and help and hanging in with
me.

Feed back for you... I had to uninstall IIS from my server
and reinstall it with the server extensions for the third
time and suddenly all is working fine now. Feel free to
check it at:

Once again thank you for your time and guidance.
Cheers
