Front Page 2002 Publishing Problem

I get the message Server Error: write error on file "home/mylogin/public_html/pictures/outlaw/.sells.jpg.tmp
there is no such file, I do not have any thumb.db files.

Make sure you have saved all of your local
pages before publishing.
..tmp is referencing a temporary file.

If no luck.
Shut down FrontPage.
Using windows search, Search for and delete all *.web
and *.tmp files
Reopen FrontPage.
Reopen your web
Recalculate hyperlinks.
Publish.
