I have a DWT file that includes a 2 field form for submitting
newsletter requests which works fine until I add a form into the
editable region when creating a new page and attaching that template.
Custom Confirmation pages will not work. If you try to submit it will
post data but error out on showing the confirmation page. If I go back
to the FP default confirmation page (or leave the confirmation page
option blank) both forms work fine.
