Front Page 2003 publishes under one XP account but not the other

Under my wife's XP account everything works as designed. You click on
publish and you get the login for our site, then it publishes. If I switch
to my XP account it gives me the "remote website properties" screen. I type
in my site and click OK and it gives me "cannot access example.com for
reasons..." and then gives me the standard reasons like maybe the server is
down, or extensions aren't installed. It doesn't even try accessing the
internet, it just instantly pops up that error message.

It worked fine for the first two weeks and then literally quit working one
day. I've tried to make sure all the settings are identical in my wife's
account and mine, and I twice did the "detect and repair" making sure to
click the "restore settings to default."

Are they both admin accounts?
