front page 2003 tutorial

I just upgraded to front page 2003. Is there any sort of a tutorial out
there for this version of FP.. similar to the tutorail in FP 2000?

I just browse through the tuturial and found two relating to creating
a course web site...
Does anyone know how to download a frontpage template from the
microsoft.com?
