Is there a size limit to Web Site for Publishing to Web
on Front Page 2003?

Have troubles Publishing, To Server, with a File size of
131. MB

Not really, but it is best to break the web into smaller sub web / sites to make managing and
publish easier and faster.

If you are talking about a single file that 131 MB, then you should use FTP to upload this specific
file.
