Well, let me clarify somewhat. What exactly do you want to know about
managing multiple web sites? If you think of a web site like a Word
document, or an Access database, you load the web site into FrontPage and
manage it, just as you would load a Word document into Word and edit it. So,
what part do you need help with?

I think each website can have an address in your Web Folders or in your My Network Places. So if you mean by manage you mean edit the files on the server then you would just open the ones you want each in a new instance of FrontPage 2003. If you want to Manage the sites like add permissions and such like then I don't think FrontPage is what you want or can use. You need access to the IIS Manager and the file system on those sites Microsoft Windows OS
