Front Page Error no port 80

I recently loaded windows xp on my pc and connot
go into Front page and open my local web page without
an error message either reading "no port 80," or
no web page "Name."

WinXP Home or Pro?
WinXP Home does not support a MS web server.
WinXP Pro comes with IIS 5.1 as the web server and FP server extensions,
which must be installed.
