Front Page Error

On my website the contact form generates an error when one
user I know tries to submit a message. No other user gets
this error, everything works fine. Error message is
something like Front Page Error, contact webmaster, see
server's event log. System of visitor is WinME and IE 5.5.
I successfully left a message on another system with same
windows/IE config. What could be causing this?

Thanks for your attention.
Tech support says nothing untoward in the logs.

Have used the problem email address on another PC and form
works fine. Suggests it's a client side problem in the
specific PC, but what could it be? Does IE have URL
prefixes that could be stopping the system finding the
target results file?
